The main race of today's meeting in Dos Hermanas was a 2,200 m race for 4yo+, the Premio Cruzcampo.
And the winner was Domeside (GB, 2006), a bay colt, [Domedriver-Buck's Fizz(Kris)], owned by Cuadra Safsaf, trained by M Delcher S and ridden by Julien Grosjean. The race was lead with a fast pace by Don Hernando Hab (SPA, 2008) (Delfos), followed by Jimmy Fallabella, but in the home stretch, it all was reduced to a match between Domeside and Karluv Most (FR, 2006) [Della Francesca]. Don Hernando Hab was third and Volapie was fourth.

Domeside won the Spanish Derby (Premio Villamejor) in 2009 and was later injured. He reappeared one year ago in the Dos Hermanas season, reaching a high level in the spring at Madrid. After disappointing performances in the summer, he was third (to Ayanz and Arnuero) in the Memorial Duque de Toledo and second to Entre Copas in the Gladiateur. Plans for Domeside might include the first race of the Defi du Galop.
Other winners of the meeting were Pompon Coeur (SPA, 2009), a bay filly [Green Tune-Villa Sonata(Mozart)] in the 1,600 m race for 3yo Spanish breds. Premio Cría Nacional . Pompon Coeur is also owned by Safsaf, is trained by F. Rodríguez, and was ridden by J. Grosjean, who won three races today, since he also rode Azabache (Iceman), winner of the 1,000 m race for 3yo for traned F. Rodríguez and Cuadra Los Toneles.
